What to Expect
Before
You’ll arrive to a calm, grounded space with a clear orientation so you know exactly what to expect. Questions are welcome. Nothing is sprung on you.
During
You’ll spend most of the experience in guided silence, with optional journaling, gentle movement, or quiet reflection. There is no required participation and no pressure to “go deep.”
After
We’ll ease back into the day with a soft re-entry. You’ll leave with more clarity and steadiness - not hype, not overwhelm.
Silence is held carefully. You don’t have to be.

Hi, I’m Karena.
I create low-stimulation retreat experiences for people who are tired of being “on” all the time.
My background is in psychology, nervous system regulation, and group facilitation - but the heart of this work isn’t about techniques or frameworks.
It’s about creating a container where you can step away safely and come back clearer.
